MIDSTATE 99 DISTRIBUTION CENTER

CLIENT: The Allen Group

Visalia, California

The distribution center consists of six buildings (1,062,000 SF) constructed of concrete tilt-up walls and open-web steel joist/girder/steel column with wood-panelized roof systems. In addition to the buildings, these projects consisted of tenant improvements, EFSR sprinkler systems, and extensive on-site/off-site improvements.
