Family HealthCare Network selected BJ Perch Construction as program and construction manager to facilitate the program, design and construction of multiple facilities in the Central Valley to meet their expanding business. We work closely with Family HealthCare Network to address their facility’s needs, budget, and schedule constraints for the overall program and for individual projects. The School Street facility is a two-story 34,607 SF health center with 54 exam rooms, 12 dental operatories, and optometry.
